Thank you so much for partaking in this workshop! To ensure that our gathering runs smoothly and proves fruitful for us all, here are a couple of keypoints to keep in mind :
1- Presentations are organised in panels. Each speaker is given 30 minutes (sharp!) to present. The discussion will not take place at the end of each presentation, but at the end of all the papers in the panel.
2- If you are charing a panel, many thanks for your help! Please keep the introduction of each speaker to a minimun (name, accademic affiliation, and title of their presentation will suffice), so that each one has their allocated 30 minutes to present. During the discussion at the end of the panel, please make sure it does not go overtime: there will be plenty of time for further interactions during the final roundtable discussion.
3- If you are travelling, please make sure you keep the receipts of any travel you would like to have reinbursed. You will be asked to submit either paper originals or digital receipts of your train/bus tickets. If you travel by plane, you will be asked to submit the paper original or digital booking reservation alongside your boarding pass (paper original or screenshot of the digital boarding pass).
4- Please register for the event here: this will allow us to keep track of any special need or dietary requirement you might have, and ensure we all have a pleasant experience in Padua!
